Positivity And Relaxation Training

The Positivity And Relaxation Training (PART) program was developed at the Benson-Henry Mind Body Institute at Mass General Hospital to teach participants self-care techniques to promote health, happiness and general wellbeing.

In this program you will learn a wide variety of self-care & self-awareness techniques, in addition to mind-body practices to minimize stress.

  • Mindfulness techniques that elicit the Relaxation Response

  • How to change thought patterns and your overall emotional outlook, to foster adaptive and positive perspectives

  • Techniques to improve sleep, eating, and physical activity

  • Methods to harness creativity, humor, and appreciation
